About Noodles
Noodles may be the star of pasta, but their history predates the Italian staple dish by hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Going back at least 4,000 years, the noodle originated in China, where it remains a mainstay in the daily cuisine even today. Noodles are enjoyed in cultures throughout the world, including eastern and western continents alike.
